Hi, I'm Sarah McCrum.
I burned out for the first time when I was 28. I had absolutely no energy or motivation and all I could do was lie on the beach, eat and sleep.
I’d only been working for a couple of years but already I had the habit of working too hard, putting too much pressure on myself, giving to others all the time and not taking care of myself.
After several weeks of lying around in the sun I remember feeling a little spark of energy inside me. It was like a pilot light that had been lit again. Gradually I recovered and went back to work, motivated and ready to start the cycle all over again.
Two years later I burned out again after the death of my younger sister. This time I needed help and I was introduced to a Chinese Master.
He trained me in the ancient energy arts - how to recharge and heal myself; how to balance my emotions; how to maintain stable energy over the long term; and how to do some super ninja tricks with energy that only Chinese Masters understand - yes, seriously.
The outcome was that I’ve never burned out again and I solved a raft of other problems at the same time, including frequent headaches, extreme stress, self-sabotage, constant feeling of guilt, endless pointless conversations in my head and way too much self-criticism and judgement.
I was so fascinated that I went on to train with him and another Energy Master for 22 years in total. For the last 19 years I’ve been teaching entrepreneurs and leaders how to master their personal energy.
My aim has been to create a system that is compatible with the extreme demands of today’s business and family life, whilst delivering results that weren’t even imaginable in ancient times.
